They say location is everything. Well, that’s not true in this case. The house is good too! Walk a couple blocks along the quiet tree-lined Eastmorland neighborhood streets to the library, the hardware store, the coffee shop, the bank, Michael’s Frozen Custard, elementary and middle schools, Lake Monona or Olbrich Park. Hop on your bike and head downtown on the bike path. Catch any number of convenient buses downtown. Drive just 3 minutes and you’re grocery shopping at Woodman’s. Once you’re back home, feast from a sunny garden with fresh strawberries, raspberries and rhubarb and enjoy the colorful perennial flower beds. Make an offer soon enough and we’ll even make sure to plant the veggies you want to eat this summer, too!

Cook in a nicely sized eat-in kitchen. Sleep in a large master bedroom and relax in the large, sunny family room. Second bedroom is smaller but perfect for nursery or a home office. Store your belongings in a completely dry basement. Keep your car and toys out of the snow in the 1.5 car garage and enjoy the luxury of having a main floor laundry/mud room to wash your clothes and collect all your bags, coats, hats, and shoes.

The house has been perfect for a young married couple that is finishing graduate school and moving on to the real world outside of Madison. We would like to be out of the house by mid-August at the latest. We could be out sooner.
